ABOUT US

The secret to our success is our knowledgeable, proactive and professional Homeowner Association, HOA Landscape management.  We  provide a proven methodology of attention to detail, quality of  materials and follow through on all the projects we manage.  Uncompromised integrity.

We practice state of the art sustainability  techniques and value full service, hands-on total concept technological  training for all staff members.  We employ the most current  horticultural practices which improves plant health, increases soil biology and reduces water consumption.

According to the Gallup Survey, The simple truth is that "a professionally managed landscape adds value and curb appeal."  Money Magazine recently reported "that a well maintained and landscaped property increases the landscape investment value by up to 200%."  Realtor Micheal Lavine, based in Santa Cruz, writes that "most buyers (and renters) form a strong impression within the first 60 seconds... Curb appeal.  How your property looks upon first approach from the street is paramount."  Your property is a "product" and "needs to jump off the shelf." Properties that "stand out with great curb appeal... sell," or experience higher occupancy rates.

Our projects have been featured numerous times in Sunset magazineLaguna Beach
